Individual Therapy

Therapy provides a safe and confidential environment for you to delve into aspects of your life that cause you distress. By tapping into your innate strengths, we will develop new strategies to address issues or break patterns that have been holding you back. You’ll learn practical techniques that you can apply right away to enhance your well-being and overall life. The goal of therapy is often short-term, typically lasting 6 to 8 months, and is designed to provide you with the necessary tools to overcome your current challenges and prepare you for any future obstacles.

Getting Started

To see if therapy is right for you, we will first schedule a 15-minute intake call. During this call, we’ll discuss your concerns, the services you’re interested in, and your goals for therapy. If we believe we’re a good match, we’ll recommend a therapist who is best suited to your needs and schedule your first appointment. After setting up your initial session, you’ll receive a link to our secure online patient portal where you’ll need to complete all the required paperwork and insurance information prior to your first visit.

 

In your initial sessions, your therapist will gain a comprehensive understanding of your needs and work with you to establish specific, achievable goals for therapy.
